Role of the Franchisee
As a Franchisee, you will operate as a Legal Consultant and visit clients in the comfort of their own home, take simple and easy Will Instructions, our legal department does the rest! Our legal team are experts in their field and have the backup of a leading firm of solicitors.The Wills are normally ready within a week to ten days. You will then personally deliver them to your client. You will ensure that your clients Will is properly signed and witnessed, this is also an opportunity to gain more referrals. As a Franchisee, you will be helping your clients to construct proper Wills, help people to eliminate or drastically reduce Inheritance Tax liability and future legal costs, as well as being able to help many to protect their homes from being sold to pay for Care home costs. Also ensure that Guardians are appointed for their children.
You will appreciate that this is a very ethical and important service we are offering our clients. You will get immense job satisfaction from knowing that you have put your client’s minds at ease and left them feeling secure in the knowledge that their affairs have been
properly sorted out.
Full Training and Support
To become an Abacus Will Writers Franchisee and take Will Instructions, you do not need to have a legal background. You will receive intensive tuition in all Estate Planning aspects as well as how to complete relevant forms.
