We will provide the Licensee with advice, know-how and guidance relating to the management, finance, promotion and methods of operation to be employed in connection with the system, and to provide reasonable facilities for consultation with the License in connection with any problems relating to the system from time to time arising with a view to assisting and enabling the Licensee to operate and maintain the system.Financial Information
