Alphamarque was founded in 1990 as a private company. Its mission statement isto create a retail network of shops and mobile showrooms to sell thousands of
products that will help with easier living for those people who may be elderly
or disabled. The company prides itself on offering all its customers helpful
advice and product information to assist with product choice together with a
high standard of service at all times.
The company's sales strategy at the outset was devoted to building product
awareness by taking products in to people's homes where customers could " try
before they buy ". This style of retailing evolved into the creation of
