During training you will be shown how to win business and fill assignments. If you wish, you can work on corporate assignments under our ‘earn as you learn’ programme. This means you can generate a fee income to boost your cash flow more quickly than normal. CNA works closely with you from when you join us, to when you decide to sell your business. We teach you all the skills you will need to build a solid and profitable executive recruitment business.
Selection Process

Could you be right for CNA?
Previous recruitment experience is not necessary, but we do require you to have business experience in industry or commerce. We seek individuals that have a burning desire to be in charge of their own career and build a profitable business.
CNA provides a dynamic environment for those people who want a rewarding career in the challenging world of executive recruitment. We know exactly what it takes to be a successful franchisee and we will tell you early in the selection process, if we feel that you are not right for the business.
Cost of Franchise
The franchise fee is £30,000 and includes initial training. We estimate you will require at least another £20,000 for working capital. Most of the high street banks will lend up to 70% of the total cost - subject to credit status.
