Action Today (Debt Solutions) has been trading for 6 years. We are founder members of the DRF (standards that only a small number of other debt management companies abide by and sets us apart from many other help lines). Our management team has over 30 combined years of experience in our industry.

Walsall (WS postcode pilot area) was taken by Robert Stanton. We helped Robert with routes to market to develop his business and are with him whenever he needs us. This applies to all franchisee hence the stage launch. It is important to us that our franchisee have the highest level of support at all times.

Once I have your NDA (non disclosure agreement – this can be found on the Assist website), I will also provide you with a cash-flow forecast and telephone numbers to talk direct with our franchisee. We can look at postcode areas and can arrange a face to face appointment to discuss the role in more depth. The franchise area is based on postcode exclusivity and population density.
Be aware that you will require a CCL which lasts five years at a cost of £430.00 (sole trader). You can operate as an "appointed representative" for the first 3 months while your CCL application is finalised.
