Head office remains in Gosport and employs over 15 people and, with a growing network across the UK and Ireland, Dream Doors employs over 100 people through more than 40 franchises.

Dream Doors, The UK's number 1 franchised kitchen facelift company, are recruiting suitable candidates to operate our management franchises across the UK and Ireland. Kitchen experience is not necessary as we help you recruit a quality installation team.

Starting from home, within a year you will be operating from a Dream Doors showroom, a move that will double, and in some cases, treble your turnover. Dream Doors have 20 showrooms across the country and many more opening over the coming months.

As a franchise owner you will be running your own business and selling the unique Dream Doors concept to your customers. All leads are generated through Dream Doors' extensive national advertising campaigns and your own local marketing. You must be comfortable meeting people in their own homes, and be both presentable and ethical in your manner.

An element of sales and management experience would be an asset but, above all else, we look for a desire to succeed, good communication skills and self motivation in our franchisees. You will have staff working for you and therefore must enjoy the challenges of managing people. Our franchise managers will be there to help you though, particularly on the technical side and in recruiting kitchen fitters.




 

Training and Support

Training and Support
Training and ongoing support is critical to the success of both Dream Doors Limited and our franchisees which is why we provide in-territory franchise managers to assist you in every aspect of running your business. You will also attend external business coaching courses that cover sales, financials, managing staff and other elements pertinent to the kitchen industry.

Dream Doors gained Associate membership status of the British Franchise Association within 2 years and all of our franchisees are independently monitored by "Checkatrade" to maintain the highest standards in products and service.

There are no fixed royalty payments - Dream Doors only charge a Management Service fee on a percentage of sales, so we only make a profit when you do.

 

What Does It Involve?

What Does It Involve?
The Dream Doors concept involves replacing old kitchen or bedroom doors with new, made to measure replacements. A Dream Doors facelift can be completed in less time, with less upheaval and for less money than a brand new re-fit. All of our doors are bespoke, available in any colour, any size and any design to match the requirements of the most discerning of customers.

The franchise fee is £19,825 + VAT. In addition you will require around £20,000 in liquid capital to set up your first Dream Doors store. The franchise package is comprehensive and includes:
Comprehensive 2 week head office training programme
Effective marketing launch arranged by Head Office
Two national franchise managers supplying in-territory support
National advertising & localised lead generation
Marketing materials including celebrity DVD
A range of sample doors & kitchen design software
Detailed Operations Manual
