Training and Support

We consider training to be of paramount importance and franchisees will receive full management and product training. Additionally a pre-opening training course is arranged for all members of staff. Esquires' management team are also on hand when the coffee house opens and maintain full hands on support until we are happy that franchisee, staff and systems are working successfully and efficiently as a team.

To keep our franchisees abreast of new developments and assist with promotions and training we visit each store on a regular basis. We also maintain a support team, covering all aspects of business, who are available to provide help and information at all times.
