On top of conducting Fire Risk Assessments you will also be able to offer your clients a range of services including assessments in asbestos, legionella, air quality, food hygiene and health and safety audits and disability discrimination audits.
These additional services add a significant contribution to franchisee turnover and often mean repeat business and cross selling opportunities. In addition to these services Fire Compliance & Safety can also offer clients fire safety training, fire alarm and emergency light tests and 6 monthly fire drills.
Training & Support
OUR PERSONALISED 90 DAY SUPPORT PROGRAMME AS WELL AS IN-HOUSE TRAINING GIVES YOU ALL THE HELP YOU NEED TO EXCELWe provide you with training for all areas of the general business including: creating sales and managing people, marketing, administration and using our established systems. You will also have the option to qualify you or your staff members to carry out Fire Risk Assessments, and once launched you will use our unique electronic system that is industry renowned for measuring, monitoring and assessing business risks.
Initial training involves a residential three day in-house introduction with us where we will take you through all aspects of the business. Over an additional five day programme we will teach you how to effectively and professional carry out services for your customers. This part of the Fire Compliance & Safety training will also be your opportunity to gain the relevant professional qualifications.
Once your formal training has concluded you will be provided with a comprehensive set of reference materials and manuals for you to keep.
Unlike the majority of other franchise packages we offer a tailored and comprehensive support service. This support service comes as a 90 day program designed to give you the best opportunity to succeed.

THREE STAGE INVESTMENT ENSURES YOU START AT A LEVEL YOU CAN AFFORD AT A COMMITMENT YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH FROM £9,999Most individuals opt for a regional franchise and investment starts at £24,999 plus training.
An income level of £50,000 is based on two assessments a week which can easily be achieved on a part time basis with continuous residual income. Working full-time figures could reach £8 to £10,000 per month.
Lower levels of commitment are available where individuals can work up to becoming a franchisee. This is where the individual starts as an assessor for the company. This gives an opportunity to try this style of work before committing to an entire franchise. From £9.999 plus training.
