FitKid has been established in the children's fitness market for over 18 years, with our core business being the training of adults to teach fun fitness to children! FitKid’s was originally part of the Rosemary Conley diet and fitness franchise group but was separated out into an independent company run by Nicky Kay in 2001.
Since then Nicky has gone from strength to strength running parties, classes and events both as part of the school curriculum as well as special holiday camp activities and after school clubs. Nicky is currently working with Nickelodeon on the development of their ’Mini Movers’ campaign which airs every morning on Nick Junior to encourage children to be active.

How It Works
FitKid classes can be run in many locations which gives you the opportunity to become an integral part of the local community helping children and parents enjoy the benefits of a healthy active lifestyle. To run a FitKid franchise you don’t need a van, but you will need your own transport. The business can be run from a small home office. There is no requirement for a dedicated premises to run FitKid, instead we encourage our franchisees to support their local communities through using church, village halls and school facilities for extended school activities.
