Living Clean Franchise

Living Clean provides a highly professional cleaning service, tailor-made for each client. What makes us different is that we are environmentally friendly in every respect and use only our own-brand safe cleaning products in clients’ homes and also offices. Living Clean has strong ethics and a uniqueness that runs through the whole business - unique management systems, unique motivational procedures for employees and a unique approach to clients - all in all comprising a complete and proven format now available for enterprising individuals to adopt by way of our franchise development.

An Intro

an estimated 2.7 million households in the uk spend in the region of 11 billion annually on domestic help. For many, therefore, quality time is an important lifestyle element and the services of a cleaner are often seen as a necessity rather then a luxury.

Living Clean began with a mission to create awareness of the importance of environmentally compatible cleaning and as more people become knowledgeable as to the problems that chemical build-up can cause, demand for our services has never been greater.

The Service

Living Clean cleans homes and offices to the highest standards and each client has a tailor-made plan for the cleaning team to adhere to. All requirements are catered for: regular clients, ‘one-offs’, spring cleaning, post-builder clean-ups, cleaning rented accommodation and so on.

In the commercial marketplace, there is increasing acceptance that office surroundings have to be clean and safe in order for employees to give of their best. Also, there is greater understanding of what has come to be known as ‘Sick Building Syndrome’ and realisation that chemicals can be part of the cause. Not least, the trend for many businesses to have in place an environmental policy all adds towards the demand for the ethos and quality that Living Clean delivers.

Living Clean Franchises
Living Clean offers what is known as a ‘Management Franchise’. This means that rather than undertake the physical workload yourself, you employ and train members of staff who become your cleaning team. Essentially, therefore, your role concerns setting up and developing your business - with our support and guidance - and overseeing its operation.

The Living Clean Franchise calls for a relatively modest investment that can produce attractive returns and good cash flow, the business model being the original operation which serves the Norwich area.

As our Franchisee, you acquire sole rights to a substantial territory with identifiable potential. To keep overheads to a minimum, you can run the business from home until you reach a stage where a small office may become preferable.

The Training

Our training programme is most thorough and deals with every aspect of Living Clean, including:
