Franchise owners are allocated an exclusive territory, receive help with development of a 5-year business plan, funding and finding shop front premises, co-ordinating shop fitting, staff recruitment, training and on going support to manage and run a successful lettings and property management franchise.
Who are Martin & Co looking for?
Our current franchise owners are all very different – the case studies are evidence of this. Very few have a property background. We are seeking individuals who wish to develop a substantial business, and with whom we can forge a long term relationship.
Training and Support

- Assessed self study of the Operations Manual (3 days)
- Observation and mentoring at a working office (2 days)
- Training Academy induction - classroon training (5 days)
- Pre-launch visit by an Operations Director (2 days)
- Launch visit (2 days)
- Post-launch visit (1 day)
- Training Academy specialist one-day courses (8 days)
All the Training Academy courses (except induction) are run throughout the year at convenient regional locations, allowing our new franchisees to complete their induction training programme within their first 12 months of trading at a pace to suit both their business and personal time commitments.
You will work with a number of training providers including a personal coach - your 'Operations Director'. An Operations Director is a seasoned lettings professional who has no additional duties other than supporting new franchise owners in getting to grips with their lettings and property management businesses, and working with current franchisees to increase their landlord and tenant client base, developing their team and opening offices in both new and existing territories.

- Initial Franchise Fee = £18,500 + VAT
- Minimum Capital Required = £18,500 + VAT
- Minimum Personal Investment = £18,500 + VAT
