Training & Support
You will receive:

Is a Mirage franchise for you?
Mirage will require you to:
• Manage the day-to-day salon operation – whether you have one salon or more
• Maximise the sales of all Mirage’s products to all clients
• Have a detailed knowledge of the products we sell
• Recruit, manage, train and motivate your staff
• Manage the strict control of Mirage’s Business System
• Order products for the salon as required and as new lines and services become available at Head Office
• Display the products to maximum advantage so encouraging clients to always feel that there is something new on display
• Plan and implement any local promotions
• Report your sales to Head Office on a weekly basis
• Contribute towards the growth of the business with ideas and enthusiasm
Above all, you will become part of the Mirage team providing an exemplary service to all our clients.
Territories & Locations
We will grant you a specific territory and assist you with the all-important site selection. You will also have the opportunity to appoint your own team of staff to meet the retail and service demands from your salon.You may be given opportunities to service clients from outside of your territory subject to our written agreement but you are restricted from canvassing for clients outside of your territory.
