Business Support Unit

Business Support Unit
The Sales Support Unit deals with the introduction of new franchisees, from the initial contact with mortgageforce™ through to an appointment with our Recruitment Managers and the Initial Development Program.
From the training course onwards, mortgageforce™ is there to support it’s franchisees. This can include new business enquiries, issues with approved product providers, literature and stationery supplies and general day to day issues on running your franchise.
Sales Support also looks after marketing for the business and media relations including providing information for journalists and collating the press archive.


 

Information Technology

Information Technology
The Information Technology Department deals with the initial configuration of franchisee hardware, installing and configuring all the software and services that you will need as a mortgageforce™ franchisee. IT is happy to give you any advice you require before setting up your franchise, be that hardware requirements or choosing the right internet service provider. Once you are up and running as a mortgageforce™ franchisee the IT team is here to provide you with any help and support that you may require. This can be achieved remotely with the mortgageforce™ advanced remote support solution.
The IT Department also maintains all of the mortgageforce™ Computer, Network and Telecoms infrastructure and provides user support to Central Office staff.

 

Mortgage Services

The overall purpose of Mortgage Services is to provide mortgage support to franchisees, aiming to provide a high class service, promoting the mortgageforce™ brand at all times & improving profitability of franchisees.

Mortgage Services is the mortgageforce™ in house packaging operation, which acts for a number of key lenders, specialising in non-conforming, self certification & Buy to Let markets.
Mortgage Services deals with mortgage applications as if it were the lender. Each case is individually assessed on merit, risk & criteria defined by each lender.

The department offers both underwriting and administrative support & provides the following assistance:
1. Guidance with case presentation
2. Placement of specialist or complex mortgage enquiries
3. Instruction & assessment of valuations
4. Request & assessment of references
5. Case updates
6. Case progression facility from submission to completion

Mortgage Services works with Franchisees to secure an optimum outcome for all mortgage applications.
