Training and Support

Full training will be provided and this will cover key areas of the business. Franchisees will involve managing the day to day operation of your franchise in a management style role. As well as learning about the business systems, you will gain detailed knowledge of My Time’s counselling techniques and learning how to undertake counselling sessions.
After onsite training, you will be supported through a comprehensive operations manual which contains all the essential information you need to succeed as well as telephone support and regular meetings. Our dedicated marketing and PR department will also be on hand to assist you on your planned launch campaign. You will also work on planning and implementing marketing initiatives.
Your training will provide you with all the essential skills, knowledge and confidence to take this service to your own protected geographical territory.

Are you for us?
We are looking for individuals that have an interest in counselling services with a counselling or management background. While ideally you would have an NHS Therapist background, work as an existing counsellor or are a newly qualified counsellor, My Time will look at applications from individuals who are enthusiastic to work in this field but do not necessarily have any prior experience.
Once you have completed My Time’s extensive and detailed training, you will have the ability to assist with My Time’s national contracts with agencies such as Employee Assistance Programmes when those contracts fall within your franchise zone, and delivery of one-to-one counselling with for the NHS
Good communication skills are essential in the development of a My Time franchise. If you enjoy working with people, have good management skills and are interested in working within a dynamic and growing industry then this is the franchise for you.
