Typical tasks you would undertake on a regular basis comprise the following:


•Advertising for cleaners.
•Interviewing cleaners.
•Speaking on the telephone to new clients.
•Resolving issues with existing clients and cleaners.
•Liasing with leafleters and monitoring marketing.
•Processing payments.
 

Earnings

Earnings
Based on having 100 regular clients with 2.2 hours a week each at £2.95/hour, your turnover would be £649/week, £2,812/month or £33,748/year.

For 200 clients, it would be £1,298/week, £5,624/month or £67,496/year

Your net profit, after all expenses, should be around 60%, so:

100 clients would produce around £20,000 profit a year.

200 clients would produce around £40,000 profit a year.

300 clients would produce around £60,000 profit a year.

Some franchisees operating very similar cleaning agencies have reached 800 clients (after some years), so there are opportunities to build quite a sizeable business if you want to. Alternatively, you may wish to keep it smaller, but this is your individual choice.



 

Costs

Costs
Purchase price of £3,999, vat free, for the franchise. Management fees are payable after 6 months. For this, you will receive the items listed below:

•An exclusive territory of around 100,000 properties, based on postcodes.
•A functioning business system, minimising the risk you would take if you attempted to start entirely on your own.
•Full training in operating your own profitable cleaning management business. Cross training in running a leafleting firm and free advertising on several leafleting websites. A marketing campaign for your opening, including targeted mailshots and 10,000 leaflets. An excellent management manual. Continuing support and guidance. Software templates. A stationery pack. A legally checked client information pack (by solicitors.) Payment forms. Invoices. Legally checked cleaner interview and vetting forms (by immigration and the police.) Access to a discounted insurance policy that would be problematic to obtain by yourself and is superior to those of most other cleaning agencies. Accountancy and business formation advice. A competitor pricing analysis. A business progress analysis. Bank letters and client letters. Marketing letters and leaflets proven to attract client enquiries. A franchisee chatroom. A call centre.
