Network Brand Partnerships is part of the Pertemps Group one of the largest groups of Recruitment Companies in the UK. NHC was formerly known as Pertemps Healthcare which was originally founded in 2001. Now with 11 head office managed sites across the UK we are looking for brand partners (franchisees) to grow and fulfill demand in this niche sector.

We are torch bearers for ethical franchising which is why we refer to our franchisees as ‘brand partners’, as that is how we view our relationship with them, a two-way partnership.

As an NHC partner you will receive the industry’s best training and support. We also provide a unique full factoring service so you will NEVER be paid late! Every month on the 14th you will be paid 100% of your invoices.

Our experienced team constantly monitor the endless regulation and legislation ensuring you are aware of exactly what you can and can’t do. All this support leaves you free to concentrate on running your core business, safe in the knowledge the industry’s most experienced and respected management team are right behind you.

Territories/Locations

With 11 head office owned sites in the UK you will be investing in an established and proven business model. As an NHC Partner you will require an office at which to register and instruct candidates, although you have flexibility as to where you choose for it to be located. For example you won’t necessarily need to invest in a more expensive high street shop front. We will of course work with you to find the right premises and help negotiate the best price on the lease.
