The company was designed specifically as a franchise offering from its inception and has proved to be extremely successful. Recruitment is set to double again this year across the UK and Ireland, and recent expansion has included the appointed of a Master Franchise in New Zealand, with several other countries set to come on board during 2008.Ology has divided the UK and Ireland into 11 regions each with clear geographic borders – Coaches are free to operate anywhere within the region. We are actively seeking coaches in all regions.
