What is Racing Challenge?

Racing Challenge operates the only 4 and 8 driver racing car simulators in Europe.

Uniquely, up to 8 drivers can race against each other, in the same race at the same time, on a choice of actual Grand Prix race tracks. This gives an ultra realistic driving and racing experience - at a venue of the client’s choice.

The SUPER 4 trailed unit is compact, with 4 drivers racing each other, very versatile and easy to use in operation. Primarily designed for the private party, it is now exciting more and more corporate clients. Its bigger sister, the SUPER 8, has 8 drivers in a race, is truck mounted with an optional large 450sq.ft hospitality awning and has an impressive string of delighted Blue Chip clients to its name.

Racing Challenge now has both Super 8 and Super 4 franchises available throughout the UK

As a Super 4 franchisee, you are assigned the rights to your own area, the size of which will relate to local demographics. You will be able to build your own business, working from home usually, and possibly even on a part time basis. However, the constant demand for the Racing Challenge experience from private and corporate customers is such that this is likely to be for a short time only.

With over 10,000 birthdays for ANY age group EACH WEEK in the UK and with the superb, unique and exciting experience that we provide, it is small wonder that demand for our services is so great.

Our corporate workload is just as busy, which explains our need for further franchisees.

Training and Support

Training Programme

As a Racing Challenge franchisee, you will be invited to train at our Oxfordshire base in the Cotswolds for 4 days. The exclusive training programme has been carefully designed to incorporate learning the business knowledge and practices to ensure success as well as the benefit of our 5 years experience gained in operating the Racing Challenge.

We will arrange for your Super 4 trailer (and 4 X 4 if required) or Super 8 transporter to be liveried and will issue you with your stationery, corporate race team clothing and apparel, and merchandise pack. We even supply a P.C. and pressure washer!

Our Racing Challenge Operations Manual contains everything you will need to know about running your franchise operation. We will provide you with our bespoke marketing plan to get you started.

Media Launch

During your first month, by using our bespoke marketing plan which has been honed and tuned over the last 5 years, you will begin generating brand awareness in your area. We will pay for your initial promotion and Racing Challenge launch party and then prepare for your media launch. By using the local media we identified during your training with us, we conduct a targeted media campaign to get your business known quickly.

We will also help you prepare your financial targets and budgets for the forthcoming year, to ensure that you really do fulfil your ambitions.

On-Going Support

Once you are up and running, it is important to understand that you are not alone and have the benefit of our continuing support. Communication between franchises is also encouraged with the exchange of ideas almost a daily occurrence.

We understand the importance of networking and support, so we regularly arrange regional meetings across the U.K. and organise training workshops covering a different business topic each time, which you are invited to participate in.

The highlight of the year is The Racing Challenge annual conference which is funded by Racing Challenge Ltd where you and your partner are invited to a week end of 4 star luxury, learning about new ideas, and having the chance to meet and compare notes with old and new colleagues.

The Investment

The minimum total investment you will need for a Super 4 franchise is £19,920 and for a Super 8 £43,695.
