Our dedicated systems are easy to use and quick to learn. Our property maintenance team are on hand to help with maintenance issues and our bilingual staff can assist with matters that need fluent Spanish or Moroccan.

Our unique marketing and advertising strategy and experience in this area means that we can deliver the best results and financial returns to our property owners and provide our guests with excellent quality modern accommodation at very reasonable prices. We have developed strategies to provide the owner with more whilst the guest pays less, and all without compromising our commission in the middle.

Holiday lettings and long term rentals alike, we can assess the marketing situation and offer property owners an honest and realistic assessment of their anticipated rental income.

 

Training and Support

Training and Support
We provide a full 3 week training course. During this we will visit the other offices to see how their operation is run and at the end of the course we will leave you to run one of the offices for 2 days and deal with the day to day issues. Once you are established and confident in running the business and managing the properties and clients we will have a further 2 days course dedicated to marketing the properties. Until that point the marketing of your properties is done by Head Office until you are confident to take up the reins.

Daily phone calls, emails and assistance are available from Head office and our bilingual staff.
While you don’t need to speak Arabic to consider this franchise, a splattering of words will help. But you do need to live in Morocco or want to relocate to Morocco to run this business. An understanding of French will certainly help.
