Teamwork is key to the Revive! success formula. Our strong team ethos works because we award large, exclusive territories to our franchisees. This key component of our franchise means that our franchisees never operate so closely to another franchisee that they become competitors. It also allows us to encourage franchisees to mix and support each other.

Revive!'s History

Although Revive! was established in July 2004, the Revive! Directors have many years experience in the Smart Repair sector and two of the Directors run their own highly successful Revive! franchises in the Midlands and in the North West.

This demonstrates their strong belief in the system and means that they can offer invaluable support on a very practical level.

Revive!'s commitment to the Environment

In an innovative move at the end of 2005 Revive! became the first company in the Smart Repair sector to implement the use of Water Based paints; several years ahead of legislation that will eventually restrict the use of solvent based paints which damage the environment.

Revive!'s commitment to training

We want our franchisees to be the best in the business and provide a high quality service to the end user our customers. We achieve this by training our new franchisees for longer than anyone else - and providing further training on new products and systems free to our franchisees.

Revive!'s commitment to supporting franchisees

We make no apologies that we charge a monthly royalty to our franchisees. This percentage of turnover guarantees our long-term support at all levels and has resulted in an enviable franchisee retention rate.

 

The Package

The Package
For a Franchise Fee of £17,500 new franchisees receive five weeks training as well as the extensive business planning, exclusive territory, licence, supplies and launch but we also provide a Revive! Promotional Package free of charge.

This includes:
  • A Revive! branded Marquee
  • Pop up banners
  • Quotation pads
  • Yellow Pages advertising
  • Telesales to local car dealers

Our launch process is second to none, and promotes new franchisees to both their retail customer base of a minimum of 300,000 people, plus their trade customer base of at least 80 car dealerships.

The key to Revive!'s success lies in our growth philosophy!

Revive! awards large, exclusive territories and has limited the number of franchise areas available across the UK. This means that each franchisee has exclusive access to a significant number of customers* and should over time grow to a multi-van business.

(*resident population usually more than 300,000.)

The Revive! Mobile Workshop

As our business is mobile, all work is carried out from a specially adapted and equipped van. Vehicles can be purchased on HP at a very attractive rate via the Revive! Vauxhall fleet discount scheme. HP rates can vary so please ask for current monthly instalment costs.

Chris Webster, Revive!
After leaving an active forces career to work with Dave Baxendale in the Revive! business, Chris soon decided that he could become a successful franchisee himself, and earn more money. He bought a neighbouring territory (with Dave's full backing) and is now building a very successful business with two strong employees, and competing with his old boss each month!

David Baxendale, Revive!
One of very few franchisees not involved in the day-to-day painting activities of the business, Dave continued for some time to work as in IT Consultant while his business initially grew under his management and direction. A previous 'Franchisee Of The Year' at our Annual Conference, Dave has just taken on his third employee, and sees his business maintaining high sales and strong growth.

Ian Rudge, Revive!
Ian worked successfully as a manager for a large retail food chain, but wanted to be his own boss, and to control his own destiny. After looking carefully at the franchise opportunities available, he felt that Smart Repairs would be right for him, and was attracted by the large and exclusive territories offered by Revive! His excellent start is proving him right.

Paul Bayley, Revive!
Paul held a number of management positions in the engineering sector, responsible for up to 55 staff. Being a keen fan of all things automotive, he wanted to work with cars, and at the same time have the freedom of being his own boss and controlling his own income. Paul understands the potential that the Revive! Business model and support systems give him, and plans to use his management expertise to grow his business to a multi-van operation as rapidly as possible
