Every property you secure will be advertised on Rightmove, alongside the SDM Property Services site. We offer three packages:Basic: £499 +VAT
Intermediate: £999 +VAT
Advanced: £1,999 +VAT
Expected Income
SDM pays 50% commission made to the Agent for each Letting or service that is completed. Commission will be paid on a monthly basis.
Conservative Monthly Outlook
x10 Tenant find services = £590
x10 full management services (based on £600pcm) = £360
x 20 Tenant referencing = £800
Monthly income = £1,750
