Training & Support

Training & Support

SureCare prides itself on delivering an exceptionally high level of support and training to our franchisees to ensure mutual success.

Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

Our start up business procedure is designed to take you step-by-step through the early stages of your new business. You will complete a comprehensive residential induction training programme and following this, an experienced Support Manager will be assigned to assist you with the start up of your business. They will provide advice, personal support and guidance. Your Support Manager will help you to plan the future of your business and with regular review visits, will give you the reassurance of hands-on-support as you need it.

SureCare offers you the rewards of managing your own care business.

As a SureCare franchisee you will be operating in one of the fastest growing markets, estimated at £14 billion and growing every year.

SPREAD THE COST OF YOUR INVESTMENT

SureCare’s unique structured finance deal is spread over 18 months - making it especially accessible and attractive to potential investors. The strength of SureCare’s business plan combined with average organic growth of 22% in the last 12 months is an attractive prospect to banks and financiers despite the current financial climate making SureCare a sound business proposition.

The franchise cost of £25,000 plus VAT involves:-

An initial deposit of just £3,000.
Then, over the next 18 months, there are two easy £7,500 payments.
Followed by the final £7,000 spread over the first year of trading.


Each SureCare territory has been extensively analysed using the latest profiling software to identify key client groups and a minimum of 75,000 households.

NEWS STORY: May 2009

Welcome to SureCare (Cambridge).

Jorge Sacramento and Joseph Garcia are the newest recruits to join the SureCare community of franchisee’s. Both hailing from the Philippines, the business partners are keen to remember their cultural heritage and inline with Filipino tradition have laid coins, sand and salt in the corners of each office to bring good luck and success to their new venture. The business team chose SureCare because it was an established company with a proven business model.
