ProfitinLand – Landfinder
You will have access to unlimited in-depth support that will develop your skills and experience so that you can:

Licence Fee £1,650.00 plus VAT
TSW – Landfinder Professional
To be considered as a Professional Landfinder you need to:
- Fulfill an important role at the core of property development in your area.
- Take a hands-on approach to getting things done.
- Work alone, enjoying support whenever needed.
- Be a committed individual and/or partnership, not an absentee investor.
Ready for the next step?
Becoming a TSW Landfinder Professional is a big step. It is a commitment of time and money. There is a 30 month commitment to hard work as you build and sustain your own performance. It is not for everyone and before applying you should be sure it is right for you.As TSW makes no profit from licence fees, we only want to hear from you if think you are capable of developing the skills necessary to identify, qualify and complete a minimum of 3 projects per year, having initially completed a 3 month (approximately 75 hr.) training programme.
We buy the viable projects you find. We invest in the professional resources. Together we maximise the opportunity.
You receive a substantial % of the profit with no personal project investment or risk.
