ProfitinLand – Landfinder
Working with TSW plc, we have developed a model aimed a those with a full-time career but who have time and energy to spare. Your journey as a Landfinder starts with a 2-day workshop during which we will show you how to maximise the property development opportunities within your local area. The financial outlay is minimal and the capital returns are limited only by your commitment. In joining us, you will avoid the mistakes and pitfalls that many amateur developers make and enjoy defined returns on projects.

You will have access to unlimited in-depth support that will develop your skills and experience so that you can:

  • Identify property development opportunities
  • Access to the UK’s only dedicated property development portal
  • Analyze potential development/investment projects
  • Maximise investment returns
  • Build your own property development portfolio
  • Become a part of the local property development community
  • Understand local planning requirements at an expert level

TSW – Landfinder Professional
For those who wish to take on a full-time commitment, we have developed our Landfinder Professional package. This package requires a committed approach; there is a certain type of person that we are looking for. They have already enjoyed success in business or another career and have gained financial stability.

To be considered as a Professional Landfinder you need to:

  • Fulfill an important role at the core of property development in your area.
  • Take a hands-on approach to getting things done.
  • Work alone, enjoying support whenever needed.
  • Be a committed individual and/or partnership, not an absentee investor.
 

Ready for the next step?

Becoming a TSW Landfinder Professional is a big step. It is a commitment of time and money. There is a 30 month commitment to hard work as you build and sustain your own performance. It is not for everyone and before applying you should be sure it is right for you.

As TSW makes no profit from licence fees, we only want to hear from you if think you are capable of developing the skills necessary to identify, qualify and complete a minimum of 3 projects per year, having initially completed a 3 month (approximately 75 hr.) training programme.

We buy the viable projects you find. We invest in the professional resources. Together we maximise the opportunity.

You receive a substantial % of the profit with no personal project investment or risk.
